Replace Experience Fragment in VEC

Yes its possible to use Experience Fragment in AT directly which is exported from AEM.  You can select the right section in the page and chose the option  

Insert After or Insert Before and add Ex Fragment as Offer. 

If you're looking to replace any existing content present on the page with Experience Fragment, that too possible. Chose the content in the Design Canvas, the pop up options rail will show,  Like below, chose the replace functionality.
