Server side Single Profile API Update - Same session profile parameter update

Hello 

I'm working on a use case where I use adobe runtime  to update profile using "single profile update API". 

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/implement-target/before-implement/methods/single-profile-update-api.html?lang=en. 

Adobe runtime get's the TNT id and I use it to update profile with few details (voucher details etc..)  about the visitor. 

However I don't see this taking affect until next target session (post 30 mins) 

i.e the voucher details are not shown on next page after calling the profile update API. 

 

Is there a way we could update profile for next page personalisation/dynamic content using profile update api? 

OR any other method for next page personalisation.

    Yes, we are trying to do the same thing but using the Delivery API.
