As the title suggests, we will be migrate our main product pages from www1 to www.
Will this impact the Adobe Target implementation in any way?
If so, what are the steps that should be done in order for us to not face personalization issues once fully migrated?

For sure you have to do configuration changes. As, i can think off some of the area would be
1. In target configure the new domain as its changing inside host area (Administration-->Host)
2. would be your externalizer link refer https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/administering/integration/target-requirements.html?lang=en#configuring-the-aem-link-externalizer
