Target Admin API Feature Request - List Activities ModifiedBy

This request is for Adobe Target. Please add to the Target Admin API "List Activities" endpoint a param/value pair with "modifiedBy" that would correspond with the already-existing "modifiedAt" param/value pair. Doing this work manually takes 1 FTE an average of 7 hours/month. This costs us $21k/year and hundreds of thousands in Business Decisions made from this.

As a large personalization team using Adobe Target, this is a feature we felt was missing. It would have been really useful to have this information in the API.

@rajneesh_gautam_ @jagpreet_singh_  @amelia_waliany  We just realized that "Deactivate" is not considered "Last_Modified" - so if a user Deactivates an Activity, it does not come through in the "Last_Modified" It should be!

Also, in the Change Log API - STATUS, should be included with STATE.

😀 I wish things were in my hands and I could get these changes implemented quickly. I am not from Adobe but may try copying some Adobe colleagues @jagpreet_singh_ @amelia_waliany

Hi Rajneesh,

Change Log would be fine. Can you get this added to the Product Roadmap with at ETA?

Thanks so much,

Lisa Moses

hi @lmoses4  - Agree to your idea as having details of the users who are making changes to activities is important for governance purposes. However, instead of getting this data in List activities, more appropriate API is Change Log as there could be multiple people involved for an activity, making different changes.

I personally think it is unnecessary to make user specific data available via API. For myself this sounds more like a failure if you absolutely need modifiedBy. I would rather put something generic in the activity name.
