Target recommendations

I implemented product feed using csv file in Target. However I am curious how Target will know the context of the products which I see on www. In other Marketing Automation Systems you can except for product feed you need to implement additionally Google OG tags in www. Thank to that tool can maps www products with catalog (feed). How Target deal with this?

    So, in Adobe Target, you don’t necessarily need to implement Google OG tags for the tool to map the products on your website with the catalog. The system uses the data from the feeds and mboxes to understand the context of the products.
