Target Recommendations Dynamic Catalogs/Exclusions?

Hello,

I'm curious if there is a way to make exclusion lists and catalogs dynamic based on the criteria in the rules that we use to establish them?

I see this documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/criteria/dynamic-static/use-dynamic-and-static-inclusion-rules.html?lang=en but that only seems to apply to 'Criteria' -- which we can hack our way into using, but I'd rather have an exclusion list that dynamically updates based on new products qualifying, or falling off for that matter because the data point has changed..

We have our feed based on Adobe Analytics Classifications which updates every day. We have Premium.

Is this a capability that i'm missing? If not, i think its a valuable optimization.
