Target using AEM Assets in order to hyper personalize

I wanted to make such a personalization: mapping between specific audiences and content which is in AEM Assets. How would you approach such a task? 

Assuming that upload to Target Profile propensity scores from different system. If user has highest propensity for travelling to Greece then show them content connected with Greece, if its Germany then show Germany content etc.
