trafficlevelpercentage setting in AT.js

The old mbox.js setting had a configuration flag named trafficlevelpercentage that could be set from 0 to 100. If you set it to 50, then only 50% of visitors would see Adobe Target offers.

 

Is there a similar setting for AT.js?
