Unable to make edits to activity on Target

I am attempting to make edits to an existing live activity but every time I attempt to save it, I am given this error: "ERROR Could not validate the activity. Please contact customer care for further help.".

I have approver privileges and this only occurs for this one activity. Any solutions?

I would stop the activity, do the changes and reactivate... a few seconds might not affect your users :).

Hi @nazifha

 

What kind of changes you are looking in existing activity?

Because there are some limitation changing the live activity. (Example: you cant change report source)

what edits did you make?  Sometimes the edit you made can't be saved because of a syntax issue (if using custom code).  Go back and try to make a simple edit and see if it saves and if not, you may have an activity that needs to be rebuilt (assuming no one else can edit it too)

@nazifha  could be below, 

  1. Locked activity by another user or restricted to set of user / region /workspace
  2. Activity is live/archived/expired ?
  3. Browser cache ?
