Unable to publish segment to experience cloud

Hello All,

I have created a segment in Adobe Analytics that excludes certain IP addresses and would like to use the same in Adobe Target to exclude traffic from those IP addresses from the test reports but I am unable to publish the segment to experience cloud.

 

When trying to publish, it throws the following error:

Segment must be compatible with Reports & Analytics and Ad Hoc Analysis to share to Experience Cloud.

 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @saif-1 ,

    The segments using the IP Address dimension is only compatible with Data Warehouse in Adobe Analytics. I believe this is why you are seeing the error.

      Is there any other way I can exclude traffic from certain IP addresses in Adobe Target reports?
