upload custom audiences from file into adobe target

is there a way to upload a multiple files into adobe target and save it as audience ? We have different types of audiences those are created by our analytics team in teradata on a daily basis. We want to upload them into target. i know we have customer attributes, but that seems to be static list of fields and our files need to be consolidated one.

 

We are not using audience manager.

 

Requesting some thoughts.

    Since you already know customer attributes, you may try with Data Providers: https://developer.adobe.com/target/before-implement/methods-to-get-data-into-target/data-providers/

        Thank you for the details. It does help. i have another questions on the topic. does target have any out of the box connector to fetch data from other systems. We are looking specifically for Azure CI segments to be published to Adobe target.
