Will Additional Metrics continue to track after Primary Goal is completed and user is released from activity?

The primary goal metric (lightbox clickthrough) advanced setting is "Increment count, release user & bar from reentry" and "Default/other activity content". 

The additional goal metric (form submit) advanced setting is "Increment count & keep user in activity".

After the primary goal is completed (lightbox clickthrough), will the additional goal metric continue to be tracked during the same visit if the visitor subsequently submit a form?
