Adobe Campaign V8 - FDA to Azure SQL Database

Hi, I cannot find in documentation for Campaign v8 that Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL Database is supported using FDA. I have a V8 Sandbox, and in that I can see Microsoft SQL Server in the external database, which works with Azure SQL. Can anyone confirm this or have any official link?

Official documentation for v8 does not mention those two dbs.

The documentation for v7 does have much more DBS mentioned.

There exists a huge difference between v7 and v8 as the v8 customers are still not so many and still ramping up.

You might see this being added up soon.

According to the documentaiton, only 4 DBs are supported for FDA

Thanks; I read the documentation but the issue is then why in my V8 Sandbox I am able to connect to an Azure SQL database and it works without any issues
