I am trying to use the alert activity but I am getting an error saying that the record does not exist in database. I have added the operator to the workflow execution group.

I have attached the error screenshot.

Hello @jayan_sk,

each alert uses OOB delivery template, I have experienced same error when:

move packages from environment to environment. -> you just need to pick up the template again
you do not have necesarry rights -> ask for rights
indeed it does not exist -> create new one
