Hello,
We currently have ACC v7 installed and due to certain security conditions related to user authentication we would need to connect to an external authentication provider such as okta. Do you know if this option is viable? And if so, if you can give me a link to read some information about it, it would be great.

How you integrate with SSO/OKTA depends a bit on your implementation. If you are fully hosted on Adobe's servers then you can configure it through the Experience Platform but this will differ a bit if you are hosting your own servers.
