Email BCC feature in Adobe Campaign Classic

Hi All,

 

Failing to send emails to BCC address.

We have hybrid implementation where we are sending emails from mid sourcing server managed by Adobe.

Made the following changes for this

1. Made 2 changes to server config in midsourcing, set archivingType = 1, and smtpbccaddress=<<bccEmail>. 

2. Checked the checkbox Email BCC in delivery template in marketing server.

 

Do we need to change anything in marketing server config file?

And what is the best way to debug the issue, could not find much information in delivery logs.

I believe a server restart is pending for the new updates

Hello @sumitch7 

For hosted and hybrid deployments. Adobe will have to enable this for you.

 

Please create a support ticket with them and share the BCC email address.

Thanks for your respone!!

Raised a ticket already, and got an update from Adobe that changes have been done but we are still not able to send email to BCC address. So was just checking if we are missing anything from marketing server side.
