Error while downloading the displayed results from a query

One of the user is getting the below error while she is downloading the data of display results( which we get when we run individual query activity.) : 

XTK-170046 An error has stopped the transfer of file 'X:\PANEL\Panel_Experience\Campaigns\_Reporting\Campaign Reports\Automations Data Exports\2020\3. Mar\3.csv' (16).

while other users don't see this issue.  

What might be the issue here?

Can you check if that operator has export access?
