Facing issues in Adobe analytics connector

Hi Everyone,

We are facing issues while configuring adobe analytics connector in campaign classic. Below is the error screenshot. Can someone please help me to understand this error?

Hello @sujith_02kumar  Could you please share screenshots of error and your configurations?


Hello @sujith_02kumar  Also, You will have to login via IMS for the integration. If you are using username/password option to login then it won't work.

 

Make sure you have access to report suites in the Adobe Analytics on the IMS login.

You are using the deprecated Option in Adobe Analytics connector.

 

Select the "Adobe Analytics" option in integration dropdown

Hi @_manoj_kumar_ ,

 

Thanks for replying. Even if I change it to Adobe analytics I'm not able to configure the form. It gives me 500 internal server error. I can enter only email address over there other fields are disabled. It's bit confusing why this is happening, is that kind of permission issue?
