Hard bounces
Where do I find the hard bounced mail recipients? I would like to adress them on another chanel besides mails. How can this be done?

In Delivery message qualification (nms:broadLogMsg) schema, you can find hard bounced address (@failureType = Hard)
And in Address (nms:address) schema, you can find more details such as address, type (channel), status, error reason etc.
