Hi all,

I am new to this tool so my query might seems irrelevant but i am curious to learn this tool in best possible way. My ask here is how i can bifurcate my data at sub-national level?

Thanks

RV

One way would be to configure the deliveryCode for each delivery template/campaign, this will allow you to segment delivery logs.

Identify the delivery

You need to complete parameters to identify the delivery. To do this:

  1. Enter a name for the delivery in the Label field.

A delivery code can also be assigned to the delivery. The name of the delivery and its code appear in the list of deliveries but cannot be seen by the recipients.

  2. Add a description in the Description field.

  3. Select the delivery nature in the relevant field. This information is useful for delivery tracking: you can filter based on this criterion in the delivery list or build queries using this selection criterion.

  4. Click Continue to confirm this information and display the message configuration window.

The delivery content is ready to be configured. Delivery content definition is specific to each channel. For more on this, refer to the dedicated section:

Can you provide more context and data structure samples, and the format of the expected outcome.

Hi David,

My Scrum team is using "Adobe Campaign" for email campaigns globally. I can easily see the emails sent at National Level (country level) but for each country i need to see which cities are being targeted. But i cannot any dimensions(columns or filters) which can help me identify these numbers are city level

Hoping i was able to clarify my concern.

Thanks
