Hi,

Check that the sftp user has permission to read files in the activity's path.

Thanks,

-Jon

Hi Vishnu,

could you check the option "Display the session logs" in the "Advanced parameters" of your File Transfer Activity, run your workflow again and show us the logs?

Kind regards,

Pierre

Hi wobiki,

The import workflow is running fine from the 2016.

But suddenly showing this errror from last few days.

No problem with user permission.

And one more thing i saw this error is fixed in build number 8763.

If possible, can you guide me further.

Thanks in advance,

Vishnu K.

@vvishnu033 do you recall what you did to resolve this issue? We started experiencing the same error with existing workflows last week and have yet to get a resolution from Adobe support.

Hi,

could you provide maybe a bit more context? maybe a printscreen of the settings of your file transfer activity and also from its logs?

Kind regards,

Pierre
