Limiting the number of email sends per hour

As the title suggests, how do I limit the number of sends within an email to say, 10,000 emails per hour.

In previous tools I've used this was called "Metering", I can't work out what it's called in Adobe Campaign though.

You can edit the Email deliverability Adjusting calculation frequency, you can do it by Applying rules.
