I want to understand how and where are the logs verified for any outgoing sms/email from ACC to RCP Cloud (Regional Campaign Platform)

All logs can be seen in the broadlogs tracking and recipient tables.

Not sure what you mean by "verified" or RCP Cloud. But in general all deliveries generate logs on many tables.
