Mirror page not loading consistently all the time in v8 Adobe campaign classic

We recently migrated to v8 from ACC v7. We have observed many times that when we create an email delivery the mirror page doesn't load when we try to view the same from the delivery object. However when we send out the email and click the mirror page in the email it loads properly. This is not consistent but works some time in delivery object. It looks like the mirror page is getting calculated incorrectly as I see always one mid-source URL (ex: m19) however in the email it is other one (ex: m20). When both are same (ie. m19) then it works in delivery object too.

How can this be corrected? Is there a way to assign right mid-source URL to the mirror page?

Thanks in advance!

Hello @rajeshbhat  Looks like a mis-configuration issue in the migration. V8 migration is know to have these mis-configuration issue. I would suggest creating a ticket with Adobe to fix it.

Hi @rajeshbhat,

From my understanding, this involves the routing account you're using within a delivery. You'll need to review the mirror page URLs, tracking settings, and also double-check the bounce email address (for safety) within that external routing account.

To verify if the URLs set in the mirror page are redirecting correctly, you can perform a simple test by appending /r/test to the domain being used. If the message "OK" is displayed (e.g., http(s)://<urlserver>/r/test), it means the URL is configured and working properly. If not, it indicates that the configuration might be missing on the backend.

Additionally, it would be a good idea to raise a support ticket to obtain the list of redirection URLs for mirror pages and tracking. This will help you validate whether each external account is correctly configured.
