Skip typology rule

Hi guys,

I want to use typology rules to limit the number of deliveries for an email within a week. But I want that some "operational" deliveries skip this rule. Is there a way to flag these so they won't be on the typology rule? And how can I set it so it only skips the limitation rule but not the other typology rules.

thank you!

Not rules, typologies: one with the optimization rule, one without.

Hi Jon,

Thank you, so I have to use 2 typology rules, one for normal deliveries and other for operational emails. But why did you say about moving an optimisation rule?

Raúl

Hi,

Duplicate the typology you're using and remove the optimization rule. Set your unlimited deliveries to use the copy.

AFAIK they'll still count toward the total; to exclude from total you'd have to send to an alternative target mapping + log table.

Thanks,
