SMS sender id configuration in AC v8

Question

Hi All,I have two queries in SMS channel configuration. Where can we configure the sender id for SMS. Is it possible to configure multiple sender id's and switch the id's on campaign execution? ThanksSankar

Hello @sr10  You can use the highlighted field to configure your sender id.  You can create multiple external accounts with different Sender IDs

@sr10,A sender address, can be called oADC or sometimes sender id. That can be a phone number (in day to day use), a short code (when sent through a provider) or a name (this is an optional feature, in that case you cannot reply to the SMS).
