SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'ExecCommand' of service 'nms:delivery'.

We have a got issue from one of the user, that while confirming the delivery they are getting subjected error.

Can you provide the delivery audit log please ?

Usually, those logs are helpfull to understand the problem.

You would find this in the delivery form, on the "Audit" tab.

Below are the troubleshooting I have done.

1- Checked the campaign assigned to

2- Validated Operator Group

3- Asked user to recreate the delivery and re-analyze - It worked.
