Hi,

I'm trying to publish a workflow and after its starting from the query it stops at the split condition.

Plus can see some new icon on the left instead of "Start" button at the worflow list and other options (start/restart) buttons greayd out.

Please advise!

@arivu_muthaiah , This kind of error will happen if you copy paste activities from one Workflow to the other workflow and if some link or attribute is missing in the new workflow. So try recreating the workflow without copy pasting it.

Hi Arivu,

Error you shared is related to connection to the DB. Your server is unable to connect to Database.

Thanks,

Jyoti

Hello @arivu_muthaiah

Do you see any error in Audit/Journal tab of the workflow? Also, what is the state of the workflow? Paused or Start Requested

Hi @arivu_muthaiah , delete the split activity, create a new split activity and reconfigure again. By doing this, mostly this issue will be sorted out.

There is no error message from the audit (or) journel. As soon as i start the workflow start/stop/play buttons were greyed out.

Now getting this error message.
