Web App responses lost/missing

Hi,

In 2 webforms, last week were more responses last week than this week.

For example, for CZ were more than 2k answers last week and now are 723.

Does the WebApp responses gets purged at some point?

What can be reasons of missing responses?

I guess this topic can be closed, the customer mentioned that she made a mistake and the responses are not lost.
