What config should I've to set Full Certificate Verification in SMS external account?

I would like to have more info about these options as the documentation is rather incomplete.

How do I get the hostname? How I do indicate which hostname is the right one? What does the Enable TLS over SMPP option imply?

You'll want to use the full, but I believe you can use the other options for testing purposes. Take a look at the tutorial below, which goes into these settings in more detail.
