    Hi Craig,

     

    Thanks for the documentation. Are there only two types of deliveries - continuous and recurring? Also one doubt here, while using delivery action activity, we normally use a delivery template. What kind of delivery is it, continuous or recurring? Also we have a email delivery in deliveries tab, in which scenarios we use it.

    Hi Surya,

     

    If we refer back to the documentation previously mentioned, you can see that there can be three types of deliveries and that, based on your screenshot, you have the standard single email and recurring delivery activities. Please note that delivery activities are not the same as delivery templates. So your templates could be used for recurring, continuous, or single email deliveries.
