Which workflow generating empty workflows on production with no information

I have noticed that in the production, empty workflows are generating twice or trice in a month without any information. Can anyone help to know why this empty workflows are generating and which workflow generating the empty workflow.

The workflow generating these empty workflows is the campaign job. Basically it's happening when you set up some deliveries or campaigns as recurring or periodic but you didn't specify the end date.

Hi @25203576 ,

Navigate to /Administration/Audit/AuditTrail/ and > Advance filter > dataDiff contains <workflow_internal name>

You might get some information on those workflow.

There is no any information about the empty workflows on above path.

Any idea why this empty workflows are generating and which workflow generating the workflows?

Hello @25203576 Can you share more details on what are the these workflows? I know there are 4 to 5 ghost workflows in AC that runs in background but you can't understand what they do. You can ignore them as they are not harmful.

How many workflows do you see?
