ACS - Error API while Managing transactional messages

Hi,

I have a problem with transactional message.

We have configured the API process and we are doing a test from Postman as indicated in the documentation to call the event and trigger the transactional message. But we are getting this error:

We have specified the following information:

POSThttps://mc.adobe.io/CompanyName/campaign/mcCompanyName/eventID

POST request Headers:

Authorization: Access Token

Cache-Control: no-cache

X-Api-Key: Client-ID

Content-Type: application/json;charset=utf-8
Content-Length:79

Do you know what should I change?

Thanks in advance
Best regards

Is this the first time you are triggering API message from the instance?

If yes, this probably is CNAME configuration issue for which Adobe support can help you further.
