"An error occurred while preparing target" error when trying to send proof

Hi, 

I am trying to send a proof to myself but I keep receiving this error. My email definitely exist as well. 

Please help! Thank you!

@lyciaye, You will have to fix these errors to move forward on the delivery preparation. Looks like the underlying query trying to pull data subscription service that is associated with a certain org unit. What's the purpose of this workflow? If you can provide more details about the use case will help to guide you further.
