Average email received per profile

Hi all,

What's the best way to get the average number of emails received per profile within a timeframe in ACS? Thanks in advance

@michellelowsl Take a look at this thread and you can update the workflow based on your needs.

Thanks, Sathees

Hi Michelle,

You will want to use a workflow and include the average aggregate Avg(<value>) to return the average of a column.

Function documentation:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-standard/using/managing-processes-and-data/filtering-data/list-of-functions

Regards,

Craig

Hi @craig_thonis Thanks for the reply. Do you know what log should I use in the workflow and what column should I use the aggregate function for?
