Deliveries in Workflows

Want to know the difference between Recurring Delivery and other delivery under deliveries tab in the workflow?

Hi Nidhi,

In addition to what you may find in the link provided by Adhiyan:

"Other" deliveries are kind of a blank delivery type, designed just to keep track of deliveries made in an external campaign system.
Recurring deliveries are a way to send several deliveries (can be email, sms, etc.) based on the same template (a new delivery is created and sent every time the workflow is executed).
