In ACS, is there a way to view hot clicks for A/B content message? I don't see any option on my message summary screen which redirects me to hot clicks, we want to analyze the clicks on the content of our A/B test.

Hello mmbb,

 

As it stands this isn't available in Campaign. An enhancement under CAMP-14939 has been created to have hot clicks reporting for A/B test emails.

    @mbkass, for the regular delivery, I can access the hot click data but for the A/B content message that option is not available.

    Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but to see the "Hot Clicks" for a delivery, you need to go into that delivery > click on the top right "chart icon" > select Hot Clicks. It will then open up the Heat Map for that specific delivery. You can do that for each delivery to compare 2 deliveries in an A/B test. Does that help?
