Hello Jameel,

You can just add the internal name of the delivery on the same filtering criteria. I have updated the screenshot with the details again.

Hi Harish,

You should use something like this in ACS.

Inside the ID of delivery filter , you should use ID(name) . There is no internal name in ACS.

Hope this helps

Hello Adhiyan,

I am using ASC and I am trying to create the same flow but I didn't find any option "internal name of the delivery" in segmentation. Please suggest.

Thanks in advance

Harish

Hello ,

You can query on the Recipient table with filtering condition like :" TrackingLogRcp does not Exist such as Url type=Open" AND "Date is on or after (current date-3). This should give you the recipients who have not opened emails in the last 3 days.

Please find a screenshot for how the query should look like.

@adhiyan Sorry for asking the question here so late, but I have a similar requirement, but if the case is that the email is set to recurring

For recurring emails we can't fix the internal name for the delivery as each time the mail is send we get a new internal name.

Considering this scenario how can we get to know how many are non-openers for a particular delivery
