Images hosted by Adobe not loading

In production, our images are hosted at http://res1.marketing.ourdomain.com/res/ourprodenvironment/

Some users are having trouble with their networks not loading the images in the designer or in their email. I have their IT looking into whitelisting but is it common for the image server to be on a http network?

@dnelson_wg Open a ticket with Adobe support and ask them if they can apply for a SAN certificate for this purpose. They will be able to guide you on what needs to be done. Meanwhile, take a look at this documentation.

@dnelson_wg, It all depends if you want to secure them and have SSL enabled. Maybe this KB article will help.
