Inbound SMS OptOut at Shortcode

In ACS is possible to have an inbound SMS opt-out tie to a specific short code as opposed to the global quarantine that currently applies.

Hi Dave,

I don't believe that it's possible out of the box but I don't know whether it can be done through some custom scenario.
