Campaign Standard

In the Adobe Admin Console, I removed user ABC from the profile "secGroup1", but they are still in the profile "secGroup2". I asked them to log in to Adobe Campaign Standard, as this, according to this post should propagate the changes to ACS. But in ACS they are still part of both security groups (secGroup1 and secGroup2). We have this problem with a lot of former employees. They are not Users anymore in the Adobe Admin Console, but still have a user profile in ACS and are part of the security groups. We sent out a testing mail to all users of "secGroup1", triggered by a failed workflow. Users that were in the security group in ACS, but don't have access to Adobe anymore through the Admin Console have gotten the mail. Why is this the case? According to the information I found, they an be lingering in the Users in ACS, but if they don't have access to Adobe anymore they shouldn't receive a mail.  

Hi Everyone, I am sending a profile based transactional event and using some random attributes and some attributes from profile table. I want to save attributes like "Promo Code" in broadlog table which is already in profile table but same is not getting saved. can anyone let me know if we can save attributes in broadlog table for profile based transactional message? RegardsAbhishek

Hi, We have created a new transactional email and we want to use a different sender email than the one we use now. In prod environment, we see that there is no problem to do it, using subdomain setup, but it seems that this can be use only in production environment. Is anything that we can do in a testing environment to have several sender email? Thanks

Is there a way to pull a report in ACS that includes every person who has opened and/or clicked on an email in 2023 at the customer level? So I can see, customer John Smith opened email X, Y and Z and clicked on email A & B?

Hi community   I am designing an email template that'll be triggered based on an event with some real-time event context carrying parameters. We want the template to be able to accept and show some dynamic content via these events such as bulleted lists of items, but as far as I can tell the event context is pretty flat in terms of delivering data, only allowing properties. The caller of the event will produce some quite dynamic content, so we find it hard to have to design a very large variety of templates to fit every need.   Our initial idea was to somehow, if possible, insert the data from the real-time event in the template but allow it to be rendered directly as HTML inside the template. Basically reserving an area of the template where the caller could "inject" some specifically styled content. That way, the caller of the event could send along some simple HTML structured data, no styling, just structure, and that would be rendered nicely in the resulting email.  

Hi, Is there a way to use additional data in Test activity in workflow. Like, for now I can just use event variables, attaching screenshot for reference. Please let me know if there is a way, thanks! 

I am confused in interpreting the below definition:An extension schema does not have its own schema: the schema generated from the source schema will be filled in with the fields of the extension schema. What I understand is the source schema will be filled in with the updated fields in extension schema. Is this correct?

Hi ,We have some users left the organization or inactive currently in Adobe campaign Standard. We need to disable or delete them from user group. On disabling the user, workflows created by the user failed and to restart the workflows we have to stop them unconditionally and restart. We have large number of workflows in our instance, so is there any better way than to manually check on every such workflow and restart. We also have noticed if any workflows are modified and restarted by disable user then also workflow failed ? So, what could be better solution to avoid such cases.Also what could be other impacts on disabling or deleting such users? Thank You! 

I am looking to migrate email from the current ESP which is Exact Target over to Adobe Campaign. What are some of the things I need to watch out for? Is there an 'easy' way to do the migration such as bulk upload of html files and templates? 

What is the best practice and number of environments for the ACS service? Does the development need to be deployed so workflow testing can be done in that environment? What is the standard flow to develop, test, and migrate the programs and workflow between environments?

We have been trying to implement push tracking in our app (Android only) using this documentation:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/administrating/configuring-mobile/push-tracking.html?lang=enand even opened a ticket with Adobe (no success) but we are still not getting push track information on ACS. During our call with Adobe team, the technical support shared with us documentation but it was for ACC. However, he told us that regardless of the Campaign platform, the app should pass the mId, cId, dId. Team,By Mistake, if a workflow or delivery (executed) get deleted, is there any way to recover that deleted workflow or delivery?Is there any recycle table or anything? Thanks!

Hi there, We started using AEP and the RT-CDP feature. In AEP, there is a HTTP API Destination connector that allows AEP to POST profile data to an API. I am wondering if ACS has some kind of API endpoint that AEP can POST the data to initiate an outbound communication? I looked into the External API function, but it seems to be able to perform GET function (fetch something from an API), as opposed to receiving data from a POST function. Wondering if anyone has a solution for this? Thanks.

For optimizing analytics, we're looking for a way to configure a brand so the UTM parameters passed will depend on the Campaign Standard e-mail being sent. We assume this must be possible, and that the way to do it is to use applicability conditions in the brand configuration that uses an e-mail's Campaign ID (i.e. DMxxxx), e.g.Parameter name: utm_campaign - Parameter value: 'Mailing X' - applicability condition: "when E-Mail has ID DMxxxx"  We think the answer will be as simple "<function> == 'DMxxxx'", but we can't figure out the right function. Are we even on the right track? UPDATE:Original question has been answered correctly for typical scenarios. Unfortunately, as mentioned in my reply below, I'm looking at a specific scenario where I can't address mailings via DM#, and presumably would need to pass utm_campaign based on a WKF#. Is that even possible?

The API mentioned in the below documentation is to fetch subscriptions for a service. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/working-with-apis/managing-services-and-subscriptiopns/retrieving-subscriptions.html?lang=enThe issue is that it only returns first 25 subscribers' data on data fetch and I want all subscribers data.I have tried pagination parameters in the request as well but none of them seem to work.Nor is there anything like this mentioned in the above documentation.Does anyone have any idea if there is a solution for this?
