Hi Guys,I am facing issue in importing a file with this format ABC_ABc_DateStanp_Timestamp_FileCount.csv.When I am using "ABC_ABC_*" for taking a wildcard value for  "DateStanp_Timestamp_FileCount" but it will search on server for "ABC_ABC_*"  this only.If I am using format date for date and timestamp then I have to manually change datestamp and timestamp as Exact server time.It will create a big problem.  Let me know guys If there will be a better solution.Regards,Sourabh

Do we have any secure way to pass the email address in the URL parameters of email in Adobe campaign standard without modifying the existing profiles schema? The tracking results should also appear in Reporting such as ACS report/Adobe Analytics. if feasible, can anyone please suggest?Example URL which was used in email template: https://www.test.com/en-in/homepage.html?profileemailid=<%=profileemailid%>

We want to start a new Workflow where we send an SMS to customers that had their birthday X days ago on a daily basis. We want them to answer on the SMS with a number (1 to 10). Once we receive the SMS, we want to ask them to clarifiy in a freetext (up to 160 characters) that we then receive. The flow we plan to is:1. We send SMS to customers from Adobe and ask the customer to answer to the SMS with a number from 1 to 103. The customer answers3. We receive the answer and store it in a table.4. We directly after receiving the SMS send another text, asking for clarification in a freetext format5. We receive the answer and store it in a tableWe do not plan on triggering this through an external API, so transactional messages (with follow up messages) are not possible. Answering directly through "Managing incoming SMS" (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-standard/using/communication-channels/sms-messages/managing-incoming-sms) would result in a endless loop where step 3-5

Hi there,  Is there any way to save the email directly to PDF? My organization saves our emails in an archive so we need a clickable PDF. Usually, I save the email, modify a Word document, and save it as a PDF. Outlook automatically formats it to 8.5"x11" so I need the middle step of some program. This month's email was particularly long and it goes beyond the 22" max for Word, so it's saving as two pages.  Thanks!

Hi, We are creating a workflow and need to use a reconciliation node between a temporary table and a field of a resource. The problem we have is that in the resource field we need to take only the first 15 characters and the reconciliation node does not allow us to use functions, only the fields directly, how can we do it? Thanks Luis

Hi everybody!So far, we are only sending push notifications based on segments we send to ACS via midware (Blob storage, sFTP, etc.). However, we realize that those pushes are not sent in real-time.Our architects are now designing how our transactional push notifications will be sent and we are afraid that the user won´t receive them in real time. For instance, the user will receive a push right after making a payment (timing here is super important).They are designing it using mulesoft/API. Is there any chance that the push notification won´t be delivered in real-time by setting up transactional communication via API?thanks in advance

 Hello Everyone, I have a question that requires a quick resolution. I've been tasked with delivering a campaign to a large audience of approximately 300,000, followed by another campaign to a separate audience of about 300,000, with the requirement to exclude those targeted in the first dispatch. I have a 5-hour window between executing the first and second campaign. Given that this is a special occasion greeting EDM, both campaigns must be sent on the same day, with a maximum gap of 5 hours. Do you think it's feasible to execute both dispatches within this timeframe? Will Adobe be able to identify the delivery codes and exclude the first set of recipients accurately? Are there any best practices advising against this approach? This is an urgent client request, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi!is it possible to export tokens collected by ACS to another system/midware? We are considering not using ACS for transactional push because we need them to be real-time, and using it only for marketing purposes.But we need to send the tokens to our CDP or other systems. is it possible to do it without using workflows/files? Maybe through SDK/API?Thanks in advance

We have a case to activate different workflows based on weather. It doesn't have to be real-time, for instance, create a rule that if the next day's weather forecast is for the temperature to drop below 15c (60F), activate the push workflow X for all the segments based there. Or if the forecast is for the temperature to be above 90F tomorrow/next few days, active workflow from segment Y.I found this documentation here about using external API in workflows, would this work for the case above? Hello, I am sending out a newsletter email using ACS. The email uses dynamic conditions for the Header and Footer, but the articles are variable based on the structure level using Conditional Visibility settings.  Each article has at least one CTA that is a URL link. Just sent to 1.6K successfully. In the send delivery dashboard, when I click on hot clicks report, it displays only the header and footer. None of the articles and so there is no way to see the hot clicks per article. I created a report based on Tracked URL and URL labels that shows there is data track with about a 17% CTR. How do I get the Hot Click report to display correctly for this delivery? Note, one earlier tests, it did display correctly.

Hi all,  I've noticed that the default click-through rate (CTR) reporting in Adobe Campaign Standard seems to calculate CTR based on the total number of recipients rather than the number of opens. Has anyone else experienced this, or could it be a setup issue on our end? I think it should be named Click Rate and not Click Through Rate.

Hello, I've been trying for some time to get dynamic content into the email subject. I would like to send one subject or another based on what the user does from a single email. That is why I put the dynamic content in the subject of the email. I have previously used dynamic content within the email itself with success, but with the subject the text is not changing despite having entered the conditions. If anyone knows how to solve it, it would be a great help. Thank you so much

Using ACS, a number of our testers (clients) are receiving emails that render incorrectly and look distorted. They are all in the same company w/ Outlook. However, when I test it, use my personal outlook as well as gmail, it looks fine. How do I fix?

Hi, we are looking into using media query in our HTML emails so our logo will work for both devices with dark mode and regular ones.The idea is to use our logo in SVG format. Hi,Currently SMS Opt-Out only add mobile to the Address Deny list, which isn't picked up in the individual Profile records and missed on Profile output processes. I've got a Workflow that queries the Address Resource, Reconciles to Profile records with matching mobile number and a Update node to update the "No longer contact by SMS" checkbox in that profile. But I'm having a hard time having the update node to actually update that check box.  How do I get the "Fields to update" to actually update that checkbox?Current logic:Unsure of the 'mark' checkbox syntax or something missing.Thanks in advance.

I know that link tracking is normal in Adobe Campaign Classic ... how can I accomplish the same in Adobe Campaign Standard? I can't seem to find anything similar in the documentation.
