Campaign Standard

Hi, We are looking to implement the one-click optout process to replace our current process (click > landing page > confirm Unsubcription). I can't see any option in ACS as in AJO to simply manage/trigger the optout by just clicking in the email.  Any ideas on how to implement it easily? Should we track the clicks on a specific link in the email and run a recurring workflow to handle the optout update? Thanks!

Hi,   We have a requirement to capture customer's logged in status through the app, for instance if customer 1 has logged in and logged out after sometime. Then customer 2 uses the same device to login then the Push Notification triggered to the device should be personalized according to Customer 2 not Customer 1. As of now we are only capturing the registration token at the time of installation of the app. It would be helpful if I could get some insights/suggestions for this requirement.   Thanks Akshay

Hi,I wonder whether it works to crate a form in a landing page to modify tables other than profile table in ACS.I copied the OOB landing page template and chose another targeting dimension than profile in my copy. Then I created a landing page using my template and I tried different reconciliation keys and parameter mapping. Nothing seems to work. When I go to the testing page and choose an entry to modify, I end up immediately on the error page. Is there any way of modifying other tables that profile from a form in a landing page?Best regards

Hello ! I created 2 Data schemas.One in which all the fields are sortable when viewing through Client Data but the other one has only 2 sortable fields, which is the id of the custom DS and the other one is the ACS id. Thanks in advance !

Hi Team   We have configured a Mobile App SDK for push notifications, but the registration token are flowing inconsistently. We have also raised a support ticket but still the issue persistent. Hi, I'm struggling to get emoji's into the subject line in ACS.I've googled around it and 'here is my subject line =?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=98=81?=' (for example) just causes the instance to crash with an error code of RST-360011. Has anyone had any experience of this? 

HiI'm working in Adobe campaign standard and we are creating a delivery template. But since the component will be used in different templates, we have created fragment to reuse these. But when we create a component with different columns and choose 'do not stack on mobile' it does not work when we use this fragment in our delivery template. I see that when we look at the fragment it works and we have our (let's say) 2 columns and they are stacked on mobile but when we add the fragment to the delivery template it isn't a 2 column anymore but one and the do not stack is not working since it says it's only one column. Does anyone know how this is possible and how we can fix this directly in de fragment? Thank you!KrLara

Hello, I'm trying to segment an audience based on if they clicked a specific link within an email campaign to view a custom landing page.  It doesn't matter to me if the update happens when the link is clicked or when the landing page loads.  I've got a custom field on the profile called "subConfirm" that I would simply like to populate with "YES" if that link is clicked. I do not want to require yet another click / interaction on the landing page in order to save the value. Basically I'm sending to a segment of a large audience giving them the option of "Do you want to continue receiving messages?" => "Yes = takes them to my landing page" or "No = takes them to the unsubscribe page" Thank You

One person on the team deleted a program in ACS. As there is no way to recover it, we had to recreate it. How can I eliminate permission to delete programs?

i have composed an email with Web version (Mirrior page URL).when we click on the web link in the deployed email the landing page also contains web version link.can this be removed from web page/version?

Is it possible to give access to ACS for templates only?We need to give access to a designer but since the person doesn't have any experience with ACS, I want to give access to the template/template design part of Campaign only.I already searched a bit but cannot find if this (template only) is possible or not.Thanks

Hi Community, I have a question, I expect you can help me. We have reviewed the technical workflows and we have seen that "Mobile Profile Sync" workflow is stopped from several months. What is it used for? Should we execute again?  We are having a problem that the InApp Channel base in marketing profile is not working, can it be related? Thanks  

There is an Adobe Creative Cloud App in Microsoft Teams where you can share Creative Cloud assets.  Is there any step by step instructions on how this process works for companies that want to share and edit files using CC as the storage place for files and assets? Our company is new to all of this and with syncing gone, it feels confusing on how to begin to get this process up and running for our specific team. Even just a pointer to some articles would help. I have done some research on the internet but no luck in finding complete explanations on "how to" so far. Thank you!

Hi Community, I would appreciate if someone could help me with InApp delivery.  We have a profile with a "Mobile App Subscription" We have created a InApp delivery the type "Target users based on their campaign profile (InAppProfile)".We choose in the query our profile with mobile App Subscriptions. We execute and in the sending log the "Status" is "Send" and in the field "Address", we can see the same value than the "Experience cloud ID".It is also included in touchpoints of the profile but it is never shown in the App. To check it, we have also created InApp delivery of the type "Target users based on their mobile profile (InApp)". We choose in the query to filter by  "Experiencie cloud id" field of the mobile subscription of the profile of the previous example. In this case, the app works and showed the InApp. It has be added in the touchpoints of the profile so I understand than the link of the mobile subscription with the profile is working. &nbs

This may be a very basic question, but I am trying to find "Forward to a friend" tag/code much like other personalization tagging. Ex. Unsubscribe = <%@ include view='UnsubscriptionLink' %>Any help would be appreciated. Maybe it is labeled something else in Campaign.

Hello All, I am querying customers who purchased within a specific date range.E.g., purchaseDate>=06/05/2023 and purchaseDate<=06/15/2023. The output does not contain customers purchased on the dates mentioned i.e. 5th and 15th June; but only from 6th to 14th. Does >= condition does not work in ACS segmentation?

Hello! I built a welcome workflow and in the query I put a condition to send the email only to those who still have not received it, but two users receive the email every time the workflow runs (every 15 minutes). I would like help to understand why this is happening since the query has a condition and what would be the possibilities to resolve this case.  I really appreciate any help you can provide.
