Input Form attributes and delivery

Hi All,

I am trying to retain the attribute value which are selected in respective delivery. As i made the customize form and giving the reference of the same of the in nms:delivery form .When i mentioning the attributes in the xpathsToLoad in customize, attributes are not saved in the delivery but i am mentioning the same in the form of nms:delivery, attributes are getting saved and able to see thing once i used to re-open the same.

So, can you please let me know the work around to mentioned the attributes in customize form itself otherwise these attributes will be erased if mentioned in nms:delivery form in case of upgrade. Kindly let me know the way to retain the selected value in the delivery by writing something in customize form.

I was able to resolve the same by using ref attribute in another input form. It worked
