Issue with transfer file (download) through SFTP

Hi,

I got an error while trying to transfer a file through SFTP. The workflow was working fine, but it started throwing errors i.e. 0 file(s) transfer. But the files are available in the global space.

As per the logs, it seems the file was picked up but failed to list the same.

Can anyone please help with this?

Thanks for your quick support @rut7  & @satheeskannak.

Yes, I've checked the connection it was good. The issue was with the signaling activity of the workflow. It solved now. 🙂

Hi @broja ,

As @satheeskannak mentioned, if you could re-check the sftp path set in file transfer activity, most transfers fail due to this, hope it helps 🙂

Hi @broja,

I see that there are two different files which you're trying to download. If you could share few more entries of log and the screenshot of file transfer activity where you specified path and other settings would be helpful to provide solution.

Thanks!

Thanks, Sathees
