Need help with Delivery alerting Dashboard

Hi

I am creating a "Delivery alerting Dashboard" and I want to receive email notification for failed deliveries or preparation failed. To test this I created a workflow with email deliveries. I kept the Subject as empty to simulate error. I am not receiving any notification emails when the delivery fails. 

Is there any configurations I should configure properly in "Delivery alerting Dashboard".

Have you checked out the documentation yet?  It goes into pretty significant detail on how to set up alerting from the delivery and workflow levels:
