Hello Everyone,

How to send push notifications to Oreo users using ACM.

As of now push notifications are not getting delivered.

Hi Puneet,

You are on which build  of Adobe Campaign ?

As per the standard documentation ACC Mobile SDK(1.026) support Android 7.0

Adobe Campaign Classic Compatibility Matrix

Since Oreo is Android 8 so there may be some issues with compatibility.

Could you please let know what errors you are getting when sending push notifications

Hi Puneet,

As Shrawan mentioned, Oreo is not officially supported as of yet, so I'll mark is answer as the correct one since it is the official answer.

Now, can you share a few details on your implementation so that we can try to dig and find some hints to make it work, while waiting for official support?

Thanks Shrawan,

We are on the latest SDK version (1.0.26). For Oreo, do we need to upgrade?

Error: The push notifications are getting delivered within app for Oreo, instead of showing in the main notification tray.
