Reporting on Email with Dynamic Content

I have an email template that displays a different link depending on which email you get. How would I report on them separately? I have seen people mentioned using a segment code, but I am not sure how I would go about this. Right now in the email I have label OG = T and OG = F. I appreciate your help in advance.

Thanks!

what if there is nothing specific in the data to create a segment from? They are the same exact email, just the phone number and link to a page are different? I don't see a way to base the segment off the dynamic content.

Thanks,
Christine

Hi Christine,

Please see the below documentation on segmentation and configuring segment codes:

Segmentation:
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-standard/using/managing-processes-and-data/targeting-activities/segmentation

Segment Codes:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-standard/using/managing-processes-and-data/calling-workflow-external-parameters/customizing-workflow-external-parameters

Once the deliveries themselves have segment codes defined you should be able to include segment codes within your reporting.

Regards,

Craig
