Any way to update seed addresses from a query or database table?

two things that are important is the folder id and the model. I've added screenshots below as example

How can i update or insert additional address in specific folder in seed address  using workflow ?

two things that are important is the folder id and the model. I've added screenshots below as example

Tried both without success. The log reports the records were processed successfully, though don't get loaded into seed addresses folder. Any specific info would be helpful.

You can do it through a workflow or a generic import
