Whatsapp Configuration

I am busy exploring the option to communicate to our customers via Whatsapp and via the other Social Media platforms. I need guidance as to where to start, as I have no clue.

Our company is new to the whole ADOBE thing, we only have it implemented for the past 4 months now, so everything is still new.

Any guidance on this matter will be much appreciated.

    You can use Campaign Classic to communicate with your audience on social platforms like

    Facebook: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/SMK_Configuration_Publishing_on_Facebook.html

    Twitter: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/SMK_Configuration_Configuring_publishing_on_Twitter.html

    LINE: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/DLV_Sending_messages_on_mobiles_LINE_channel.html

    Whatsapp doesn't provide with an API to shoot marketing communications and hence we don't have a dedicated connector for Whatsapp.

    Hi,

    whats the status with whatsapp connector build ? when is adobe planning to release a build with whatsapp connector

      WhatsApp now provides a Business API [1], so hopefully we should see a dedicated connector in Campaign soon. Unfortunately its in limited release and they charge for each message, but it looks hopeful.

      There is also a good write-up about how you can integrate with WhatsApp with other apps and APIs [2]

          Hi! Is there any update on this topic? Anyone knows if now it is possible to integrate whatsapp to ACS?
